Macy's Visitor Savings Pass
For one of America’s largest department stores, we developed a self-service solution to print discount coupons for foreign and domestic customers.
From 2013 to 2015, almost 1 million Macy's Visitor Savings Passes were printed from these kiosks in Macy's Herald Square.
The solution was also installed in Chicago's State Street and San Francisco's Union Square visitors centers.

User Experience
Using driver’s license and passport scanners to initiate a simple questionnaire, we automated a manual process of handing out printed coupons which freed up staff and also provided definitive distribution and audience metrics.
